Michał Fredrych

Machine Learning Specialist

Michał is an experienced IT specialist and programmer with extensive experience in the commercial, general IT and R&D industries. He graduated in computer science with a specialization in artificial intelligence, which allowed him to develop theoretical and practical skills related to data analysis and processing, statistics and algorithmics. As a result, Michael can approach problems out of the box and automate work.

His skills also include machine learning and artificial intelligence, with an emphasis on image processing, time series and decision support. One of his greatest achievements is the development of MLOps software, which simplifies and standardizes the process of implementing machine learning solutions. This project, created as part of an engineering thesis, is still being developed today due to its huge potential.

Klaudia Drobik-Kowalczyk

Klaudia has been successfully working with SAP for 7 years, including the last 2 years focusing on the SAP APO module. Her experience spans the automotive and industrial automation sectors. Radosław Szmit

Radosław is a professional with 6 years of experience in the SAP FI area, having started his career as a system user. Over the course of his career, he has gained unique skills and experience in the areas of finance and accounting and currently holds the role of key business relations officer.

Radosław is particularly proud of his first promotion to a management position. This accolade came as a surprise to him, as the position was originally to be filled by another person. However, his commitment, professional approach, and ability to overcome obstacles in pursuit of his goal led to him being singled out by his manager. It was during his first migrations of accounting processes to the newly established shared services center (SSC) that he gained recognition. His work involved setting up the SSC structure and employing virtually every one of the 30 or so employees personally.

Konrad currently holds a role in the support team, where he provides support to customers in maintaining and optimizing SAP systems.

One of his biggest successes was the implementation of a project to create a cascading structure for demand, forecast, and order management in SAP/APO and R3 between his company and a strategic raw material supplier from China. This project had a direct impact on the modernization of processes and practices for ordering materials from the supplier. Through the constant and regular flow of data between the company and the supplier, both parties were able to better plan production and deliveries, resulting in improved operational efficiency and lower costs for strategic products.

Magdalena Wieczorek

Magdalena has 1.5 years of experience as an SAP IBP consultant and is currently in the process of certification, validating her skills.

In her role as a member of the support team, Magdalena provides support to customers to help them maintain and optimise their SAP IBP system. She is also responsible for the implementation of Machine Learning models for demand planners.

Weronika Duś

Katarzyna Mycak

Artur Sadok

Artur has 2 years of experience in the SAP system area. For the last 10 months, he has been fulfilling his role as a Consultant in SAP IBP, which is his area of specialisation. His main tasks include system configuration and providing post implementation project support. Artur is also involved in the implementation of new AI solutions.

Magdalena Prus-Głowacka

Joanna Haczyk

Joanna is an experienced SAP consultant who boasts an impressive 7 years of experience as an SAP System Specialist and Project Manager. Her areas of expertise are MM and SD modules. Recently, Joanna completed the “SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Cloud – Public Edition – Sales 2023,” certification.
