Full control over JPK CIT – directly from SAP

SAP Document & Reporting Compliance (SAP DRC) is a standard SAP solution for managing tax reports and e-documents across multiple countries.
In Poland, it covers key reporting obligations such as KSeF, JPK_V7, and JPK CIT (JPK_KR_PD and JPK_ST_KR).
This means you gain a single, consistent reporting environment – without scattered add-ons or compliance risks.
We use standard SAP objects (FI/CO/AA) and ready-to-use mappings for JPK_KR_PD and JPK_ST_KR. We unify dictionaries, complete missing fields, and align the reporting scope.
In the “Run Statutory Reports” app, you generate XML files using the current schemas. The system performs technical and business validations and prepares the file for signature.
You sign (qualified signature or ePUAP) and submit the file: either directly from SAP (after integration) or via the JPK WEB Client. SAP DRC records statuses (including UPO), logs errors and maintains an archive – ensuring full auditability.
SAP standard always aligned with legal changes. Lower risk of penalties and corrections.
Consistent data from e-invoicing to corporate tax reports.
Automated validations, scheduled tasks, status tracking, and notifications.
Faster implementation, lower maintenance costs.
Supports on-premise, Private Cloud, and Public Cloud scenarios.
Central repository, access control, change logs.
