Implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning

Constant changes in demand, limitations in the availability of raw materials, rising customer expectations – effective supply chain planning has never been more important.
SAP IBP is a tool that allows you to anticipate, synchronise and make more accurate decisions. But only if it is properly implemented.
At NESC, we combine system expertise with business experience to make your SAP IBP implementation not only technically correct, but also realistically support your operational and strategic goals.
We do not offer ready-made, template solutions. We start by analysing your processes, business objectives and operational needs to ensure that the planning model is fully tailored to the specifics of your organisation.
As a result, we can indicate at the design stage how best to configure SAP IBP so that the system realistically supports your objectives from day one.
Based on the analysis, we select and configure the SAP IBP modules that will bring the greatest value to your company, including:
– Demand Planning (IBP for Demand)
– Supply Planning (IBP for Response & Supply)
– Inventory Optimisation (IBP for Inventory)
– Sales & Operations Planning (IBP for S&OP)
We integrate these with your IT environment – SAP S/4HANA, ERP systems, external data warehouses or BI tools – to ensure a seamless data flow and full real-time visibility.
We take full responsibility for the successful launch of the solution – from configuration, to testing, to preparing your team to work with the system. Working closely with your employees allows us to deliver an environment that meets real business objectives from day one.
After the launch, we don’t disappear – we provide further system development, optimisations and additional training to ensure your planning processes are effective and ready for the future.
Thanks to state-of-the-art algorithms, integration with real data and ML support, your forecasts will not only be faster, but above all more effective.
You gain a single source of truth – without having to manually merge data from multiple sources.
Scenario planning in SAP IBP allows you to react in advance, not just put out fires.
A well-implemented IBP translates into reduced inventory, higher levels of customer service and better use of resources – all of which affect the bottom line.
